Aims and Objectives

The Aims and Objectives of the 100 Squadron Association are set out in the Association Constitution, and these are as follows: -

  • To provide a link and bond between present and former Squadron members by providing an Association membership list to all members

  • To encourage and promote social contact between present and former members of the Squadron, including the production of a quarterly newsletter

  • To aid those members of the Association needing assistance

  • To hold an annual reunion, preferably at the station where the current squadron is based, or at a locality associated with the squadron

Finance

The Association is largely financed through Member subscriptions and donations.  The annual accounting period is from the 1st of January to the 31st of December each year.  The Treasurer is responsible for preparing the accounts which are audited prior to being presented to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Association.  Membership subscriptions are due on the 31st of July annually.

Membership Committee

The Association is managed by a Committee who, with the exception of the Chairman, shall serve for one year from the AGM.  Committee members can offer themselves for re-election at the AGM.  The Association shall have a President, and the Committee Chairman shall be the current Officer Commanding 100 Squadron.  The current Committee is listed below: -
